New Features & Enhancements
- Added a feature to the Hub to enhance control of the Feedback and Download actions. This feature allows to restrict both Feedback and Download selectively for:
- DeliverTo User
- Users on the ‘To’ line
- Users on the ‘Cc’ line
Issues Resolved
- Resolved issues in Airmail2 / QC.
- Special Instructions for the operator were erroneously displayed on Records Room workflows. Special Instructions are to be displayed on Mailroom solutions and are stored with the mail recipient.
- Fixed a problem during metadata edit that could cause the word ‘Case’ to appear unexpectedly as a field label.
- Reusable eCovers might appear on the QC list, which is a problem because documents are never filed on root eCover barcodes.
- Resolved issues in the Airmail2 Console.
- The Weekly Average Card was not handling dates correctly.
- The pop-up that appears when hovering over a barcode might sometimes format text strings as dates.
- Resolved issues in document final delivery to the repository.
- When using a structured scan (embedded client) workflow, the system was not overwriting the original placeholder as expected.
- Resolved issues in notifications of delivery emails.
- Some customers complained that thumbnail images are too small. Developed a scheme to make customizations easier.
- Fixed a problem that prevented sending one email message to all those on the ‘To’ and ‘Cc’ lines. It is no longer necessary to send two emails, one to the ‘To’ and another to the ‘Cc’.
- Resolved a problem that could block system access to tenants using OneLogin as their auth authority.
- Fixed a problem during document checkin that could prevent the system from storing all the thumbnail images required for QC or the Hub.
- Applied updates to several vulnerable code libraries.
- Resolved a problem in UserGroup service for Microsoft Entra ID where the system would pull the sAMAccount name instead of the User Principal Name. This could prevent proper integration with the customer’s DMS system.
