V26.10.01 Cloud (Fall ’26)

Internal/Technical Features & Improvements

· Upgrade framework to .Net 10

· Upgrade ReactCoreUI Template and React.js to latest

· To improve system reliability, enable retry option on DB connections for Airmail2

· Increased the maximum length of profile fields to about 8K characters and eliminated the need for separate memo and text fields. Memo fields allow multi-line entry while Text fields allow only single-line entry.

· Increase maximum tblUser Name and Email address to support longer field values

· Modify the system to store original AI provided field values for both drawer fields and system fields for later use

· Renamed the new Additional Notifications feature to Conditional Notifications

Console/Service Features & Improvements

· SCIM service for directory sync with Microsoft Entra – available for beta testing

· Alphabetize dropdown report selector

· Added reports to provide better production metrics

· Improved global search capabilities to show a more precise document status and whether the match is on the barcode, operator, recipient, or metadata.

· Improve Daily Mail Volume card by filtering operators by office location instead of recipients and adding mail delivered to Entities

Airmail2 Webpage Features & Improvements:

· Added feature to support records room profiling using real-time lookup for iManage Cloud so that off-hours DMS map porting is not required

· Fix records room profiling issue that allows filing without a selected folder when workspaces are used from favorites

· Add page numbers to the document viewer in QC/Dispatch

· Modified a view to make Hub details pane more prominent

· Fixed a problem with Hub authentication issue when launched from link with browser closed
