- Added AI-powered profiling capabilities to automate document processing.
- Primarily used to populate the Deliver To and Sender fields.
- Available for Dispatch mailroom workflows only, as the scanned document must be analyzed before profiling.
- Conditional Notifications
- Introduced support for delivering intelligence-driven or always-on notifications as BCC emails.
- An AI prompt may be used to evaluate the document content to determine whether a conditional notification should be generated.
- Dedicated email templates are used to format and deliver these notifications.
- Documents may optionally be attached to the conditional notifications.
- Entity-Based Mail Delivery
- Added a new Entities feature to improve mail routing for documents addressed to client entities.
- Includes CSV import and export capabilities for simplified entity list management.
- Enhanced User and Group Synchronization
- Introduced a new synchronization policy that provides greater control over how directory attributes are written to the Airmail2 database.
- Supports mapping standard and custom directory properties to different Airmail2 database fields.
- Real-Time Scanback eCover Delivery
- Added the ability to send Scanback eCovers to users as they are generated, eliminating the need for a separate delivery step after processing.
- Improved Text Copy Functionality
- Operators can now copy text directly from barcode rollover pop-ups and any Console grid.
- User Interface Improvements
- Updated all profiling screens to display Boolean (True/False) fields as checkboxes, providing a more intuitive user experience.
- Azure Application Insights Integration
- Added NLog targets for Azure Application Insights to enhance real-time monitoring and management of tenant resources.
- This is an internal enhancement designed to improve product support and diagnostics.

- Enhanced SCIM Security
- Improved SCIM security token generation by implementing just-in-time access requirements for token creation and management.
- eCover Formatting and Branding Improvements
- Reworked Regular, Reusable, and ScanBack eCovers to ensure consistent branding, layout, and formatting across all eCover types.
- Map Porting Service Enhancements
- Improved the performance and reliability of the Map Porting service to provide more stable and efficient processing.
- Exchange Path File Cleanup
- Resolved internal issues that could prevent fully processed and successfully delivered files from being removed from a tenant’s Exchange path.
- APIv3 Logging Improvements
- Corrected several conditions that generated non-fatal errors in APIv3 logs, reducing unnecessary alerts and improving log accuracy.
- Document Viewer Fixes
- Addressed issues in the QC/Dispatch and Hub document viewers that caused visual anomalies when displaying documents with exceptionally large or mismatched page sizes.
- Hub Link Creation
- Fixed an issue that could prevent Hub links from being generated during the second delivery (rescan) of a document.
- Console Card Optimization
- Improved several Console dashboard cards by replacing drawer-list dependencies with document status codes, resulting in more accurate and efficient reporting.
- Browser Compatibility
- Resolved file upload issues affecting Safari and Firefox, improving cross-browser usability and reliability.
