New Features & Enhancements

Added a feature to support mail delivery to email-enabled security groups.
Added a feature to filter invalid characters and set maximum length on fields to be used in DMS profiles.
Added a feature to support reusable eCovers in any workflow.
Added a feature to control system behavior regarding temporary override of delivery options.
Added new One-Touch/QC feature:
- Adding all the profile editing capabilities of a workflow makes for improved metadata entry.
- A new document viewer makes for a cleaner presentation and better performance.
Added a digest email notification option for workflows.

Added a feature to allow control of the optional actions (Open, Redeliver, etc.) available on global search results.

Added a feature to enhance control of the Feedback and Download actions. This feature allows Airmail2 to restrict both Feedback and Download selectively for the DeliverTo user, groups or individuals on the notification ‘To’ line, and groups or individuals on the ‘Cc’ line.
Feedback pane may be configured to open by default.
Feedback pane button may be configured to pulse/glow on initial page open.
Improved document viewer for better performance and page size control.
Added feedback feature to immediately reflect save of feedback entry to prevent attempted duplicate entry.

Made a new release to authenticate with Entra App Registration instead of SAS keys to enhance security.

Special Instructions for the operator were erroneously displayed on Records Room workflows. Special Instructions are to be displayed only on Mailroom workflows.
Fixed a problem during metadata edit that could cause the word ‘Case’ to appear unexpectedly as a field label.
Reusable eCovers might appear on the QC list, which is a problem because documents are never filed on root eCover barcodes.
Fixed a problem that could prevent loading and filtering of documents if a firm has many office locations.
Resolved a problem that could block system access to tenants using OneLogin as their auth authority.
Fixed a problem during document check-in that could prevent the system from storing all the thumbnail images required for QC or the Hub.
Applied updates to several vulnerable code libraries.

The Weekly Average Card was not handling dates correctly.
The pop-up that appears when hovering over a barcode might sometimes format text strings as dates.

When using a structured scan workflow, the system was not overwriting the original placeholder as expected.

Some customers complained that thumbnail images are too small. Developed a scheme to make customizations easier.
Fixed a problem that prevented sending one email message to all those on the ‘To’ and ‘Cc’ lines. It is no longer necessary to send two emails, one to the ‘To’ and another to the ‘Cc’.

Resolved a problem causing the system to pull the sAMAccount name instead of the User Principal Name, which could prevent proper integration with the customer’s DMS system.
